Breeding Your Dog:  

Breeder Vet  This site provides some important information on routine preventative care for intact bitches, pre-breeding exams and work up for both the stud dog and the brood bitch, artificial insemination and neutering recommendations. Includes an eye-opening article on the positives and negatives of neutering male and female dogs  by Mary C. Wakeman, DVM  

Camelot Farms  Texas-based company specializes in canine reproduction and research. Browse the list of services which includes artificial insemination, collection and fresh, extended semen shipping supplies.
 

Whelping A Litter   This is an excellent electronic publication on the entire breeding and whelping process. I can't top it. The author raises Shih Tzus but the information can be applied to most any breed. Generally, Keeshonden are free whelpers and need very little hands-on intervention from the breeder during the whelping process. However, the information provided by this Shih Tzu breeder could prove invaluable should you run into problems. Check it out.

Diary of a Near Disaster  From a Pomeranian breeder Down Under, a very interesting story about how the author managed to save three very premature whelps (54 days) from certain death. 

Before You Breed  Please be sure you are familiar with the risks involved and all the good reasons not to breed your dog before you commit yourself, and your best friend, to breeding a litter of puppies. Do not become another irresponsible breeder.
